Not sure how many calories I should be eating, confused.

Hello, I am a 26 year old female, about 137 lbs, and 5'4. Last year when I was trying to lose weight I dropped my calories to 1300 and it worked and I got down to 120 lbs, so I figured Id do that again this year but I want to gain muscle instead of just losing weight. I don't care if I get down to 120 lbs again as long as I'm more muscle than fat and I know muscle weighs more than fat so the weight doesnt matter to me. I'm currently skinny fat so I have a higher fat percentage in comparison to muscle mass and I want to swap them and lean out and lose inches. My issue I am facing is I'm not sure how many calories to eat and I'm afraid to increase my calories because I don't want to get fatter but I'm also reading on the Internet that you have to eat a lot more calories to gain muscle.

Currently I do pole dancing on Tuesdays for an hour, and I just started going back to the gym but I plan to go at least 4 days a week for about an hour to an hour and a half. I also work 12 hour days on my feet and am constantly moving and walking (- a 45 and a 30 min break where I sit) I've tried calorie calculators but I'd like some human advice as the calculator says I should be eating about 2050 calories and I'm not sure if thats right or if anyone has any advice. I am also aware I need to increase my protein to about 1 lb of protein per pound I weigh to gain muscle, and I know I will be doing weight training for most of my work out and to limit my cardio to mostly short high intensity interval training. But I'm posting to ask for a dice because I am always open to learning more about fitness and open to any advice I can get! I'm fairly new in the fitness world so I have a lot to learn still :)

Sorry its so long! But thank you for reading and replying 💗
