Hi guys,
first, I wanna thank you, this forum almost always had all the answers I needed.
Now, onto my problem.
some guys here suggested I start bulking now (been cutting since November, went from 105.5 to 79.5)
Through tracking, I can estimate my TDEE to be at around 2900-3000 calories. Since I wanna do a slow, clean bulk, I was thinking of upping it to about 3200-3250 calories a day
the problem: since I've been cutting for so long, there seems to be a sort of "mental barrier" that stops me from taking in more
for example, I've been at an average of 2300 calories for the past week even though I tried eating 3000. Problem is, I think my breakfast and lunch are too small, and because I grew up with "In the morning eat like an emperor, at noon like a king and in the evening like a beggar" (it's a german saying, basically meaning no big foods for dinner), I'm uncertain about e.g. 1000 calorie dinners
now: can you suggest some easy ways to "push" the calories up, like a calorie dense snack or something to add to every meal? I know about Peanut Butter, but I can't really eat that raw. And are big dinners okay after all?
Thanks guys :)
