Hello, I am a 5'5, 62 kg 16 year old student and I want to start bulking up. Problem is I am very limited in funds and I only get around 4 dollars a day as allowance (not from USA or Europe btw). I want to know what i can eat with that budget I don't mind anything as long as it can fit my budget and I have no problem with just eating the same thing everyday. According to a calculator I should need 2550 calories per day and 140g protein. I want to know how I can do the macros so I can bulk up efficiently while on a very strict budget. I also don't have any money for supplements atm but I might be able to save up for one within a month or so.
