Hey whatsup just looking for some advice, I’m currently 21 and 142 pounds about 12% body fat. I eat 2,500 calories a day. My macros are 150g Protein, 285g Carbs and 85g Fats. I’m looking to start eating more so I can gain more weight cause I wanna hit about 160 pounds. I’m planning to do 3,000 calories a day with about 160gP/375C/100F and just asking do these numbers look alright or should I fix up anything? I also never took creatine and I plan on doing the overload phase when I start bulking idk it that’s recommended
