what to eat during recovery?

I overtrained and developed ascites this Tuesday. The amount of liquid wasn't high but I have inborn kidney related problems, hydronephrosis? so my kidney was hurting A LOT. They told me not to exercise for the next 30 days, so what should I do to not lose muscle?
Is it possible I stay the same weight but lose some muscle n gain some fat?
What should I focus on eating? 178cm 78.5kg 17M I wanna keep this weight if not lose a bit and in a month start bulking for 6 months 6kg?
as Ive been going to gym for 5 months now.
