I'm 6ft1 with 12.5% bf (skinny but can't see abs) and 162 pounds, trying to bulk up to 172.
Is this a good bulking plan:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with oats and 1 banana.
Lunch: For example tuna and pasta and Soup (with whatever vegetables I have in the fridge)
Snack 1: Peanut butter and jam (with low sugar) sandwich
Snack 2: Skyr Iogurt with oats and 1 bread with butter
Dinner: For example chicken breast and rice
Before sleep: 10 walnuts and a scoop of whey with water
According to myfitnesspal this has 3000 calories, 350g of carbs, 95g of fats, 160g of protein.
Is this a decent plan? Is it necessary to drink the protein shake before bad, or getting 20g less of protein wouldn't make a difference?
