What Macros Should I eat?

Hi all,

I am curious what macros I need to bulk to gain around 2lbs of muscle each month.

I know that I need a minimum of 0.7g of protein and 0.4g of fat per pound of body weight.

However, Is a surplus of 300 calories enough to reach this goal?

Is 375g of carbs, 75g of fat, and 150g of protein good? I’m not sure what macros I should be taking.

Any tips are appreciated.
