Thoughts/opinions?

Ive been on my last few weeks of cutting now, the last week ive been on around 1400calories a day. 2hours of cardio 7 days a week, and weights aswell on 5 out of the 7 days. Ive stopped the cutting now and as low as i wana be, currently 68.5kg at 6% body fat. Today to treat myself ive had a bit of a binge day of all my favourite foods, i would like to work out how many calories its accumulated to today, but iim guessing around 4000-5000. From dieting strictly for the last few months, and the last few weeks being pretty harsh as explained above, do i have to worry that i may have gained any fat from todays binge? I just felt like i couldnt stop eating!! And whats the best thing for me to do tomorrow because of it? Thanks in advance, just looking for views and opinions :)
