Not gaining on 4400 calories a day. Does anyone here need 5000+ to add weight?

Never gained muscle that I know of and finally decided I'd "eat more". Been on my first bulk for 3 weeks and my weight is hovering at 170lbs at 6'2. I eat the attached diet religiously, everything is weighed before it is eaten (except the spinach and blueberries) lifts have gone up around 5-30% each. I've seen no noticeable change in BF%

I see my doc next week for unrelated reasons, going to ask her if anything is ****ed up. If not then I'm going to add another cup of almond flour to my smoothie which should put me at 5100 calories a day and 249.7 grams of protein a day. If I don't see anything after that I'm going to add 100g of dark chocolate at breakfast which should be ~500 calories. It's worth mentioning that I'm a type 1 diabetic, brother has it two but he adds mass like crazy so I doubt it matters. I'm also cutting out my daily icebath and any excessive exercise outside the gym.

Am I missing something here? How many other ecto's need to eat insane amounts of food to gain mass? Also I'm not 49 I'm actually 20
