Need Help with a clean bulk

I really want to start a clean bulk as I have been just eating whatever I can to eat and get the calories. I am having trouble figuring out how to make a clean meal plan. I work a construction job and I wake up at around 4-5 am to get to job sites so I don’t really have time to make something in the mornings besides something small, and I wouldn’t be able to take food With me to lunch really because it’s going to sit in my car for hours under the sun because there’s no fridge wherever I’m working, and I’m pretty sure meats and other foods aren’t supposed to be left out that long especially when it’s hot as hell. I don’t really know what to do, should I just make a plan so that I eat something quick before I leave then skip lunchtime and wait until I get home and eat?
