So I’ve started to keep track of my macros, and I’m following a bulk based on my guidelines:
Fat - 100g
Carbs - 480g
Protein - 170g
My issue I am having consistently is this:
I keep ending up with 50-100g too much protein, and not enough carbs and fat. I’ve seen some people substitute carbs for fat(or vice versa). ...can I substitute protein for either fat or carbs?
If not, what are some ideas of HEALTHY fat or carbs I can use to get those numbers right??
