How would you rate my progress? Slow? Average? Fast? I just turned 17
I started working out in November.
1 rep Max bench: 80
Bicep size: 11.5 inch
Height: 5’6
Weight: 140
Waist/stomach size: 32 inches
My stats now:
1 rep bench: 150
Bicep size: 13.5 inches
Height: 5’7
Weight: 162
Waist/stomach size: 32 inches
Should I keep bulking? I wouldn’t call myself chubby, but I would guess that I’m around 20% body fat.
I wanna cut, but I’m not sure that I have enough muscle yet. And I’m growing as well.
