Coconut water as intra workout?

So im
Starting fat loss program and my trainer want me to use a intra workout mix with Electrolytes, bcaas and glutamine to try to keep musclemass.

I was thinking that i could use Coconut Water and add unflavoured BCAA and Glutamine to it?

And drink it during my workouts?

I try to avoid artificial sweetneres. And coconut water does taste alot sweeter then water.


Is this good idea?
