To be honest I don't count calories, just roughly estimate. I also don't follow a strict diet, I eat pizza and pasta and pretty much anything as long as I think I can hit my calorie deficit. I eat when I'm hungry and don't starve myself but I've been losing more than 2 lbs a week I think. I've recently started doing resistance training so I'm wondering if part of it is that I'm losing muscle and fat?
