Gluten

When I eat bread (HQ Wheat bread, I checked the - few - ingredients) I will get some gas and mild stomach pain once and other times I will be in incredible pain for hours

I havent eaten many carbs but I just started today because I wanted to improve my strength at the gym

Should I stop eating it? Will I adjust? I would go for gluten free bread but its basically fake bread, not very healthy

Are there alternatives?
