Drink on rest day or training day ?

Hey i have a question. I dont drink very often, but sometimes i just met with friends in pub and have some beers or shots, im only human after all :D My question is -> what is better, drink on "rest" day and then train another day after party OR drink on training day ?? What is less harm for gains ? Thx
