Daily protein intake ?

Hi guys,
almost all of you know that the daily protein intake must be between 1.8 - 2.7 g per kg. are plant proteins (cereals / legumes) also considered in this count?
I know that these must be considered only in the presence of a protein source of animal origin as they allow the complete absorption of the vegetable ones.
What do think?
