I started carb cycling and tomorrow is my low carb day(94g carbs).on this day should my fats be 111g(peanut butter,eggs,oil,grated cheese) as i calculated or less,to go with protein more which is 280grams on this day.Im doing high carb day (300g carbs),medium (200g carbs) and low (94 grams).im around 10-12% bodyfat and my maintaince calories are 3000.On this carb cycling my calories are 2500
