3200 calorie plan

excuse my english !
well i hv made i nutrition plan for bulking
i'm male 193cm 70kg 23y
the diet is
3200cal
210g protien
216g carbs
164g fat ' mostly from peanuts'
14g sugar
i exersice 3/4 days per week
so im here to ask what you thinking about it and if you have any advice for me about it
