What should I do now??

I’m 16, and I started working out 6 months ago. I’ve been working out 5 days a week, making sure to hit every muscle.

When I started, I was 139 pounds, and my max was 90 pound bench for 1 rep. And I could only curl about 30 pounds.

Now, I’m 152 pounds, and my waist is the same exact size, so I assume everything I’ve gained has been muscle. My bench is about 145 now, and I can curl around 50 pounds. If I were to guess, I’d say my body fat is around 20-25%. My biceps are 13.5 inches and my chest is 37 inches.

Should I cut now? Should I keep eating how I’ve been for the past 6 months, or should I start eating more??? The only things I’ve kept track of has been my protein and making sure I got at least 150 grams. I have never really focused on how many calories I’ve been eating.
