High Micronutrient Protein Bars?

I am bulking and looking for protein bars with high micronutrients. I am okay if it has high sugar, high calories, etc, as long as it has healthy micronutrients and a fair amount of protein. Sometimes I will eat 7-10 protein bars in a day, but I always eat my 200 calories of veges, and 2 apples to get my daily fruits and veges in. Also a couple protein shakes with fruit blended in throughout the day. At night is when I eat the majority of my food.

Ones I like recently: Promax Bars, Clif Builder Bars, and even regular clif bars. Those all have great micros and enough protein to hit my 250ish protein goal for the day.
When people talk about “healthy” protein bars, they list the ones with high protein, high fiber, and low calories (Quest, Kirkland). Of those bars, Kirkland’s are my favorite, but when 70% of your diet is protein bars or some type of granola bar, you start to realize you need the micronutrients from “real food”, hence my question.

If I can find protein bars that fill the missing links of micronutrients that meat, bread, beans, etc would fill, then I am just eating extra processed chemicals, but still reaching the same micro and macronutrient goals. I understand this diet isn't maximum optimal, but it has been my taste preference as of recent especially when cravings kick in at night and you're not wanting to eat the classic bodybuilding foods.

Any suggestions on great tasting protein bars that have high micronutrients?
