Hi, ive been progressing my weight train in the last 2 months, and I notice a decrease of my weight in 4.4 pounds. Im trying to recover this weight because im on my lower limit, I can not loose more. Im trying to eat as much as I can, but its not working, and Im afraid to increase my stomatch volume because of eating too much.
What can I do, what advise can you give to me. I dont know what to do.
I train only 3 times a week, lower body part.

My diet consists in complex carbohidrates like sweet potato, lentils, chickpeas, protein from egs, fish and meat and vegetables.
What can I do, what advise can you give to me. I dont know what to do.
