Hey guys im a 22yo male 174cm sitting at around 70kg. I have been working out for a few good months now and it feels great. I workout 4 days a week train my abs twice a week lift heavy weights and incorporate compound movements, hypertrophy sets and reps and all the good stuff cardio two to three times a week and other minor conditioning exercises I'm 90% positive that my training isn't the problem. I am fairly lean (happy but could still go that extra mile) anywhere between 12 to 8 % body fat (take it with a pinch of salt) however I am not able to see my abdominal muscles unless I have good lighting and flex hard, im above average lean but mostly just flat, therefore I feel like I must doing something wrong. my diet is fairly clean but flexible I stick to my macros I do not drink if so on rare occasions. I have been trying to cut down for a few weeks to get those muscles to show even more, but I feel like its not making anything better other than making me feel weaker and more tired I don't know what my next move should be any advice or tips thank you for your time.
