I cannot find the simple answer, "yes" or "no" anywhere. Same explanations that go onto tangents of things I already know. Now, I only ever drink 1 beer after I workout, but this is slightly different. I took a 1 week break from the gym since I had school exams, and only did a chin up here and there at home. Now it's the weekend and Monday is a bank holiday. I wouldn't get drunk after a workout but now the real question: Can I get drunk if I didn't workout for a whole week? Will this affect my gains or am I good to go. Thanks.
