I’m lost

I have been inconsistently training for about a year, I’ve made some progress mainly losing fat. I still have a layer of fat I want to get rid of to expose muscle that I have but I also want to gain a couple of pounds of muscle as well. I am currently on a push pull legs split trying to go for 6 days a week but sometimes getting 5. My nutrition is confusing me a ton. I went from a cut which I realize now probably wasn’t a good plan at age 16 I lost 20 pounds and was only eating 1800 calories a day. At start I was 180 then down to 160. I now started to just try and eat healthy no specific calories or macros and I gained fat I have been eating a lot of food but mainly clean calories. I want to get rid of my couple lbs of body fat while also getting some more muscle. Should I lean bulk? Cut again but less aggressive? Eat at maintenance? How much cardio?
