Best meal prep ideas!!

I need to consume 1500 cals. a day, and it needs to be clean AF. But I hate the complexity of trying to different meal prep recipes, long duration of time it takes to cook, plus clean afterwards.

Give me your best meal prep ideas that are quick and straight to the point. Also being easy to consistently keep up throughout the next 1-2 months and will provide 1500 cals.

Need some good help/ideas please!
