How many calories?

Need help with determining calorie intake for weight gain.

17 Years Old
185cm/~6ft
79-81kg/176lbs
Around 16-20% bf?
Gym 5 times a week
Around 7000-8000 steps a day. Don't do cardio.

I started lifting at early last year and weighed around 71kg. Just ****ed around in the gym and ate whatever and I did make newbie gains, but recently have kind of stopped. I am sure its just that I need a better diet but don't know how many calories? Some say 250g protein? Asked my brother and said 3500cal at 40/40/20 split but that seems excessive. Just want to pack on mass.
