Hello BB Forums! I've been a long time lurker here since starting my fitness journey just over a year ago. Many of these threads have been super helpful in my success. However, now I need some personalized help with where to go from here.
A brief backstory - last March (2018) I weighed 335 lbs at 6'2". I finally had enough of being fat so I started a hard cut and working out every day. Today, May 2019, I am 215 lbs (still 6'2")! While I am definitely smaller than I was before, I still have a decent amount of obvious fat. Over the past several months I've been following a PPL program to help build muscle and avoid being skinny fat.
My main question is, do I continue my cut? If so, until what weight? Or should I start a lean bulk to build some strength and muscle? I'm not sure what my ultimate weight goal should be either. Any help is appreciated! Thanks again!
