Hi all,
Been training for a year and a half, but over the last 7 weeks I have been properly dedicating myself to proper nutrition, tracking calories and macros and bulking for the first time after so long just messing about and trial and error. . I’m 6ft5 234lbs and 22% body fat.
I am doing a push legs pull routine 5-6 times a week and eating 3200-3400 calories a day. With at least 220g of protein in each day.
I am looking to gain some serious size, my lifts have gone up quite considerably and noticeable muscle gains only in 7 weeks, but is continuing to bulk upto about 255Lbs silly if I’m 22% body fat? Will I end up looking like crap? Also, as it’s my first bulk, will it count towards newbie gains albeit trained for over a year previously not bulking?
Many thanks!
