Does bulking make your stamina worse?

Sup boys. My 2022 goal has been to bulk and I'm seeing some good mass in my chest, legs, and arms. I lift 4 days a week and I haven't missed a day since Jan. I lifted in 2021 too but less serious and I never saw results. I had been mad skinny for years with no muscle at all.

I've added 200-400 cals to my daily intake on weekdays, then on the weekend I eat like a pig to keep myself above maintenance and it's been working well for over 6 months. My arms are filling out shirts and I have chest definition. I've never looked or felt better.

The only thing is that I'm struggling sooner in my workouts these days, I can lift the weight but I'm out of breath sooner as if my cardio is getting worse. Today was leg day and I almost didn't do my last set, I've been sweating my ass off and I feel out of shape even though I workout all the time. It's been like that more often lately. I'm seeing big results in the mirror but I think my stamina is getting worse over time.

I have to assume my cardio has been slowly declining through this bulk. Is that a normal thing? I'm far from fat but I'm admittedly up a waist size or two from Jan and today I felt like a slob when I finished my workout. This is my first ever attempt at a bulk boys, so I don't know, is this a normal part of it or if I need to step it up with more cardio to offset some of the extra mass. Maybe I'll post a pic for you guys later on too
