Quick and easy steak tartar recipe in fridge

I bought a medium priced steak and cut it into strips about the size of thick sliced bacon. I put it in a ziplock and added enough Zinzang bloody mary mix to cover it. This was basically a marinade before I cooked it. The next day a couple of nimrods came to my place for planning an international group trip to Argentina. Beer and whisky was involved. People got hungry. I took the strips of raw meat and put them on a plate. The 2 pounds was gone in about 15 minutes. I didn't tell anyone what it was, and nobody complained.
