Trivitron Healthcare acquires US-based medical devices firm Kennedy Company

The acquisition will allow the Chennai-based Trivitron to get a 7 acres campus with 25,000 square feet of production space in Scottsboro, Alabama. Trivitron said it intends to use the campus as the manufacturing hub for the US operations.
