If hamburger is so flammable then why don’t cows spontaneously combust?

I was grilling some 80/20 burgers on my grill earlier. Everytime I opened the lid there were big flames I then had to blow out. Some I couldn’t blow out(non-smoker). This really did a number on my cheese. Luckily I like burned cheese. Some of the flames didn’t even go out after I removed the burgers. The grate itself was on fire from the grease. This got me thinking, why don’t cows spontaneously combust more often. Its like they are basically a big can of gasoline.
