So my issue is my job. My job some days I barely move and other days I’m physically exhausted from work. I work in construction so I use my hands and arms a lot. I used a Fitbit a long time ago but the technology didn’t seem to be where it is today. So basically my question is what’s the most accurate tracker for calories burned. I’m a relatively fit guy who works out 5 times a week but it’s hard to know my caloric needs since my work days vary so drastically. Any help is appreciated.
