I love whiskey. I USED to drink lots of it.
I drunk half a glass of whiskey about an hour ago (30-40 minutes after dinner)(felt minimal effects of alcohol if it matters).
Im curious as to what i CAN(!!!) do and eat right after this to minimize consequences!!!!!!!
I didn't include whiskey in macros since i didn't know i'd be "falling within temptation":3 (what the hell its just one day).
Im cutting and well aware that it inhibits muscle synthesis and induces dehydration.
I am aware of the obvious (drink alot of water and postpone tomorrow's workout).
I have looked for scientific articles (and even blogs :'c ) and found little.
Also i came here for awnsers so... try not to preach ("its just one drink").... im happy, satisfied and now i want to be smart and informed.
