What should my nutrtion look like right now to get to my goal? pic included

Right now I'm consuming bewteen 2200-2300 cals a day
170g P
180g C
90 F

My goal is to look cut. I have been dieting for years now to get to 220 pounds from 380 .
But at this point I don't know what to do as you can see my arms have no striations unless I flex.
And also if I can get estimate of what you guys think my bf is.


My current stats
220 pounds
6 foot 1
21 years
Been lifting and eating right for 3 years now.
