Ideally, I need to be eating meal with 30-40 gm protein every 3-4 hours( I workout in the morning). Sometimes, due to travel or work, I miss the lunch or evening meal and gap increases to 7-8 hours.
Does protein/workout effectiveness decreases with the increased-gap between meals? By how much?
