Hey guys, I am trying to go into a lean bulk. I am 24 years old, 165 lbs 5 feet 7inches tall with a bit of muscle under some fat. You can call it skinnyfat. After calculating my daily calorie intake with different online calculators I have determined that my maintenance calories is at 2038 or so and I need to eat 2500 to gain 1lbs per week. My issue is that I feel so full to a point of wanting to vomit when I eat at maintenance. Is this normal? I want to build more muscle because I fear if I cut the muscle I have now wont be enough to show.
