Should I take a break from lifting if I can't eat enough?

I'm in India for 5 more weeks, there are a few places that I trust the safety of food to eat, and even then, I can't eat all that I want because the spices give me acid reflux. Hence, I am undereating. Last week, the undereating seemed to catch up, I couldn't sleep, couldn't stay asleep, muscle aches, heart rate all over the place(150 after climbing stairs, crazy), feeling weak, almost blacking out whenever standing up quick, loss of appetite etc. So I haven't lifted/exercised since last Wednesday, feel normal, but still a bit of fatigue. I don't want to risk feeling like that again, is it better that I just take a break from lifting until I return from India in 5 weeks?
