Raw vs Cooked Nutritional Facts

So I have a bag of frozen chicken thighs that I picked up from Walmart and it says a serving size is 4 oz, calories = 120 and Protein = 19g. So if I take a 4oz pc and cook it, I assume the weight will be reduced by at least 1oz or more...

So when looking at the serving size on the package, does the number stated represent the raw or cooked version of the meat?
