Hello, so I was thinking of having a huge cheat day which will probably be around 7500 or more, when my cut is done.
I'm aiming for 9-10% bfat maybe even lower depends on how much muscle mass I have.
So the question I was thinking of let's say that I indulge myself on my cheat day, do you usually go back to cutting back to the same weight and then you start lean bulking?
