Meal Prep advice

Hey all!

I'm usually good with eating within my calories but recently I decided on sticking to a "clean eating" lifestyle. I tried meal prepping today for the first time after reading countless blogs but would like some tips from everyday gymers. How long in advance do you prep your meals? How long does it take you to meal prep for those days? Any tips that you feel would have been helpful knowing in the beginning? Any tricks/shortcuts to help meal prep faster? It took me like 3 hours to make 5 days worth of meals (didn't pack my dinners in containers).
