I wonder if someone can post a good meal plan for cutting a little fat.
Not looking for specific foods but Protein/carbs/fat and water for ea meal / full day.
I am 50 yrs old at 5'11", 205 lbs, and usually about 11% BF.
I lift about 3-4 times a week and do cardio twice a week.
I am Pescatarian- no meat and chicken but fish and eggs I do eat.
I know its harder to cut fat as you grow older and as your body fat is lower.
Would also love some pointers on shedding water as I seem to be retaining a little more then I would like..
