It's only a small sample of data but i actually worry I might be doing something wrong these past few days so some input would be great.
Here's my weight in kg for the past few days (straight after waking up, taking a piss and before drinking anything)
Friday 83
Saturday 83.6
Sunday 82.8
Monday 82.3 (Workout on monday)
Tuesday 81.9
Context, on Friday I went out with friends and also went to see the new spiderman movie, so I basically had a cheat day, (usual 1800 calories/day + extra when going out + popcorn at cinema (no high calorie drink)). So I imagined the jump to 83.6 was normal.
On Sunday I also changed my diet, still on 1800 calories but swapping foods around to reach my macros. Today I weighed under 82 kg for the first time but seems like I'm going too fast.
IS this my body 'compensating' for the friday binge, or should I up my daily calories so as to not lose too much this fast?
