Is intermittent fasting for me?

Hello
I would like to start using intermittent fasting but i don't know if it will be optimal giving my current meal plan and goals.
Right now i eat ~2600 kcal everyday, gaining ~0.5kg per week.
My day usually looks like this:
6:30 bananna
7:00-8:30 workout (during this time i drink a shake that consists of 30g protein, 50carbs and 4 grams of creatine)
10:00 50-70grams of peanuts.
16:00 - another meal
20:00-22:00 - the remaining calories

I would like to do a 16/8 intermittent fasting with the fasting period from 23:00 to 15:00.
Is it ok for me to train for muscle building at 7 AM being already at the 8th hour in my fasting period?(basically, is it okay to not eat for long periods before/after workout?)
Giving my goals and current routine, will intermittent fasting cause any harm?
