I'm 5 11' and 171 lbs and working desk-job and i workout 5 days a week following the Viking bare bones series. Been following it for 3 months now and i have gained some weight. I increased my oats grams from 400g to 500g per day but have not gained any weight. (Oats facts image below)

Why is that? I can still eat 300 calories less and remain at the same weight. I lift heavy i try to increase 5 lbs every two weeks and if i am unable i get a spotter to help me do so. What should i do?
