How to pack meat for 8 hours without refrigeration

Hi, first time posting here.

So I was wondering how y'all pack meat for meals in class/office. I don't have access to a microwave oven in class so I'll need to cook it and I won't be able to freeze it till just before consumption (can freeze and store it at my apartment though).

My lunch break usually happens around 7 hours from when class starts so the meat has to stay fresh till then.

Meat in my case will mostly mean chicken and fish.
