Help needed with meeting macros

I've been adviced to reach the following macros for cutting: 100g protein, 100g fat, 200-300g carbs and also stay at 1800 calories.

By what little knowledge I have it seems that in total these combine to 2100-2500 calories, did I misundertsnad something (the advice or how calories work?)

If I haven't misunderstood anything, I need help finding a way to reach these macros. Thank you.
