Hi all,
I have been trying to figure out my macros and have used several calculators around the web each giving a different result. In the end I went with a middle ground reading from IIFYM.
---
Current Stats:
Age 31 (shown as 49 on profile for some reason)
Male
Height 5'10
Weight 105 kgs
BF 28% +/- 2% (Based off reading from bodycomp machine in local supermarket)
I fluctuate between 95-105kgs easily.
I train strength 5x5 3 times a week seeing progression, and do steady state cardio twice a week
---
IIFYM gives the following to lose BF at a steady rate:
BMR-2013
TDEE-3208-3406
Calories-2741
Macros:
P-188
F-101
C-270
---
Right now i'm not fussed about losing BF as much as i want to see a general re-composition, what i want is a baseline to adjust as i see changes.
Does this seem right? I used MFP to record & weighed out and cooked chicken, brown pasta, eggs, broccoli, oats, peanut butter to hit these stats an to me it seems like a lot to be eating (pic attached)
