For the last couple of days ive been trying to figure out how to work out how to do a body compisition. Problem is with my job being super physical and working out 3 times a week the amount of protein i need to ingest is crazy here are my stats.
Rest day 3186
Protein 279 Carbs 279 Fat 106
Workout days
Protein 310 Carbs 310 Fat 118
Ive tired working different combinations into my fitness pal a couple of times and cant seem to hit the protein goals. Im already doing 3 scoops of weigh protein and eating a lot of chicken and lean turkey. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem or any cheap suggestions to hit the protein amounts. I dont need my grocery bill going through the week..Currently now im just doing a lean bulk but if i can build muscle and burn fat at the same time i rather do that . Thanks in advance
